How it works

Paste an article URL and the worker extracts the text, chunks it, and synthesizes natural-sounding audio with chapter markers matching the article's headings.

  1. 1The UI shows a URL input and a "read this to me" button
  2. 2Paste an article URL and press the button
  3. 3The worker extracts the article text (Readability-style DOM cleanup)
  4. 4The extracted text previews so you can verify what'll be read
  5. 5A voice picker lets you preview different TTS voices
  6. 6An audio player appears with chapter markers matching the article's headings
  7. 7A download button offers the MP3
